Giveaway: Fall Festival at Vertuccio Farms

We hope you have been enjoying our 2014 Fall Guide to Arizona.  If you have not had a chance to read through it, we hope you take the time and plan some fun adventures for this fall.

Today we wanted to share a little more about one of the farms we wrote about in our guide:  Vertuccio Farms

I discovered Vertuccio Farms about 4 years ago when my oldest set of twins were in preschool.  I taught their preschool and wanted a fun way to celebrate fall.  I had heard about Vertuccio Farms and thought we would give it a try.  We loved it!  And each year it just gets better and better.  Last year my four girls didn't want to leave and we ended up staying longer than I had planned (as in way past bedtime...gasp), just because we were having so much fun.

I wish I had pictures to capture all the fun, but I was too busy...having fun!

Fall Festival at Vertuccio Farm is located at 4011 S. Power Rd, Mesa.

The Festival runs now through November 2nd and hours are:

Monday –Thursday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

While at Vertuccio Farms you can navigate through the 7 acre corn maze or let the kids loose in the mini hay maze. Enjoy pedal race cars, a barrel train ride, visiting with the animals, touring the pizza farm where kids can actually see where pizza ingredients come from, jumping in the bounce house, or on an extreme air pillow, sliding down the giant tube slide, climbing on a spider web, and taking lots and lots of pictures. This year they have included a grain train and mule rides with admission. Admission to Vertuccio Farms is $9 per person and ages 2 and under are free. Season passes are $22 per person for unlimited access to this Fall Festival.  Pick out a pumpkin for an additional charge.

Okay, now a blast from the past picture:  My four little girls circa 2010 at Vertuccio Farms.  My how they grow fast. And I still can't get them to all look at the camera.
